Like every student waiting for results, i'm scared I wont get in. I need ABB for french and german. Are manchester likely to be flexible at all ? If so how flexible?

Like every thread like this, the answer is that nobody knows, because it depends on how many people also do badly and whether or not the university feels it would rather look for better candidates in clearing. Not even the university itself can tell you this until the results are in, and what has happened in past years is no indication. FWIW languages are in such decline that I would think they will be keen to keep their departments open, but truthfully, no one can give you the assurance you are after.

Universities tend to give out or expect higher grades to make their unis look better. I have numerous friends on courses who required Abb who got in with one or 2 grades below.
Unless it`s over prescribed, however, I doubt German and French fit into that category :-)
