    Hi.

So I grew up in England and did my undergrad in Wales 2012-2016. I want to apply for a postgrad for the academic year 2017/18 probably in England, but my permanent address is now Wales, and my parents have moved over here as well in the last month. What, if anything, would I eligible to apply for regarding funding?

No, you'd have to move to England to become eligible i believe.
