I've got a letter from Student Finance Services.
"You recently applied for student finance for academic year 2016/17 but we've not been able to match course details you gave us with the list of courses that your university or college offer.
We can't pay you any student finance until we can match your course details."
My questions are:
1. How could I check if I gave wrong details and correct them?
2. Is my application being assessed and once they are able to match the details it will be completed in, lets say, less than 3-4 weeks ?
3. Will I receive a letter with internet password anyways? (I've already received 2 letters, this one and one with my Customer Reference Number)
4. Is there an easy and fast way to solve this problem?
