Hi all, through networking I've managed to sort a chat over coffee with a BB VP, and a director a few days later at the same firm.

This is the first time I've talked with someone this senior (chatted with a few analysts/associates here and there) so I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to go forward with this, and leverage it to get both a regular correspondence and eventually a reference/good word when I'm applying for summer internships (just finished first year).

I know the basic stuff like what questions to ask but I'm never sure how to take these things forward - always seems a bit presumptuous to follow up interviews with constant questions, advice etc.

    Cheers

Have a chat, ask questions, don't be a douchewad, listen more than speak and be a normal person.

Just because these people are mid level to senior doesn't mean they'll tear you out a new one in what is a standard networking chat.
