can any1 tell me any good hamstring and quadricep excersises as i want to improve in running (preferably speed)

they have specific machines in gyms that work on things like that

If you go to the gym do leg presses, keep your feet flat on the pad for quads and only use your toes to do your calves. If you aiming to improve speed keep reps to a minimum (e.g. 2 x 10), obviously with high weights. But remember not to overdo it, build up to exercising every other day at most.

argh i usually dont do any specific leg exercises later this afternoon, ill do some swimming then some jogging and maybe use the cross trainer

i just wanna improve in running, speed etc but apart from actually running , what excersises can i do at home evryday

Squats and deadlifts...you can also do more isolation exercises like lying leg curls and stuff but squats and deadlifts are what you wanna concentrate on

squats are the best to build up legs..but perform them with correct form or else they can be quite dangerous.

more with exercises such as deadlifts and squats. A belt will also help to prevent injury.
