Why/why not? By short, I mean actually SHORT( 5'7" or below) not just "slightly below average".

It means I date the guys I love and I don't care about their height..

It often seems to be a considerable struggle for men below 5'5.

I suppose women over 6' have similar problems.

Height is quite strongly linked with your masculine or feminine identity.

Being only 4'9 myself it would be pretty ridiculous for me to date only average to tall guys, so yes I would.

I'm about 5'8 myself and I must admit the guys I'm interested in are generally taller than 5'10. That being said, I'm sure if one was truly in love height would not be an obstacle

Never been on a date or in a relationship, so that depends. Considering i'm like 5'4, i'd say as long as they're the same height or taller then its good, I wear heels too often so smaller wouldnt be too good😐

Definitely. I'd rather date someone that height than someone 6 foot plus since I'm pretty small.

I dont think being 2 inches taller biologically sequences your facial structures to age in that way...but I get your point, surprisingly if he was 2 inches taller than you, he doesnt look like your dad? :holmes:

What if they were less than 5'2 say 5'1 or 5'0 but you liked them? :holmes:

This is interesting, perhaps its a self fulfilling prophecy, shorter guys think they dont have a chance anyway cos theyre shorter so they dont take the chance, how many confident shorter than 5'8 guys have you encountered compared to the number of 5'10 and above?
