I suppose the answer largely depends on what courses you intend on taking. Are you doing the broad Arts & Humanities degree, or do you plan to specialise?

My main tips would be to get into a studying routine. You may not need the entire 20 or 40 hours recommended for a 60 or 120 credit workload, but you'll need to be disciplined. With only one assignment and one tutorial every month or so, it can be easy to slip behind. Good luck! It's bloody hard work at times, but SO rewarding!

Hey, how is your studying going? I think when last we spoke you were doing AA100? What did you think of it?

Hi! Yes, AA100 is done and dusted now, and I am SO glad that I'm not doing A105 in October, as I don't think I could have taken another year of that! I'm starting L120 and L161 in October, how about you?

Good luck! Are you doing a languages degree now? L161 looks really interesting. I sort of miss the OU, but I've transferred my OU credits into a distance-learning degree at a Norwegian university. I'm a little nervous because it's so intensive, there is so much reading to do! :afraid:
