    I was briefed on the induction about it all but I'm not 100% sure I get it.

    How exactly do you sell a 5* product and earn the comission for it when you're on the shop floor assisting the customer and not on the till? I understand we have Pay Roll numbers but the supervisor who briefed us said that we have to write our Pay Roll number in pen above the barcode of the product so that the cashier at the till can then clock it in on the system... but I find that kinda odd, like say if you sold 3 5* rated products to a customer, wouldn't it be weird you just doodling your number above each barcode while the customer waits for you? Idk if its just me but I've never experienced a staff member at Sports Direct do this to me.

    If anyone who's worked/working at Sports Direct could clear my confusion, i'll be very grateful x
