Do you guys do this? If so, do you drink water before you brushed your teeth? How much water do you guys roughly drink?
I dont drink water when I wake up, the only times that I drink water is right after I eat something when I'm dehydrated when I'm thirsty. and I drink about 2 litres every day.

At least you're getting enough water in your body I can barely manage a litre. Not too sure why it's recommended to drink water first thing in the morning though. But I might try adding that into my routine.

It's not like you have a choice unless you want to die of dehydration.. maybe we need a list of the advantages of breathing, with no.1 being "not dying".
