My skin gets really oily and sometimes breaksout for a couple of days after drinking milk or having mlk related products.

It seems the duration is worse/longer the more I have, ie a bowl of cereal vs icecream. Its strange becauce I used to go to the gym a lot and have about 2 litres a day, cereal +protein shake(which also has whey)

I was wondering what it is in milk that would likely trigger this, and if anyone else has had something similar. Dont think I want to go the rest of my life without icecream or chocolate lol.

Milk and most dairy products have growth hormone in by default.

No you don't, unless you're lactose intolerant you're not intolerant to milk.

Although it could be something else, vegans also get acne so it's probably down to your hormones. Go see a dermatologist
