I have recently received an email saying

- Awaiting Eligibility Evidence
On the student finance website it says that student finance has got my declaration form and has also got my parents' financial information.
What should I do now? I've looked on other threads and it seems like calling them is the quickest and safest option but it also looks like people who called were simply told to wait.

Your only option is to call them. It's possible they've received your evidence; but not updated your records.

I have called them and they said they would update it in two days but it's been a week and still no change. They definitely received it but I don't know if they have problems with the certified copy of my id?

You would be best to call us again today to check if any further updates as we are taking 4 working days so hopefully we will have an update for you now.
