    Around £20 is good. Make sure the place you get it done is a professional place. Check online for reviews.

    Very painful for about a week. You'd need to be careful when sleeping on that side. Minor pain lasts about a month or two.

    I have it on my right ear only because I started to part my hair on my right and it would show more, plus others thought it would look better because of my face shape. It even depends on any other piercings you have. Up to you. :dontknow:

    Use witch hazel to heal the piercing quick, twist the piercing regularly after a couple of days of the piercing. But lip piercings for your helix piercing, much more comfortable.
