    So...
    Breakfast: Half a mango 1 banana and a small bowl of raspberries
    Snack: Slice of toast (no butter)
    Lunch: Brown rice and this sauce thing that I made (sweetcorn, peas, onion, garlic and chopped tomatoes)
    Snack: An orange and a slice of toast (no butter)
    Dinner: Homemade pizza: homemade dough, toppings: tomato puree, red onions, pepper, sweetcorn and pineapple.

    Are you following a specific diet? It seems very healthy and you've got a lot of fruit and veg in there. Are you possibly on a high carb diet because it seems quite high in carbs?

    Good generally, good carbs 😀 but maybe increase your protein a little add some lentils , chickpeas , beans something like that and maybe a little good fat avocado , some cashews or other nuts or nut butter on your toast. (They won't make you fat 😜)
