So there's this new girl at work and she's a bit weird tbh. Everytime I look up she's staring at me :/ and when I walk to the toilet she just stares like wtf?

I'm a girl btw and no she's not a lesbian. So what could her problem be like why does she keep looking at me, it's pissing me off now!

Ask her if she's okay/ needs any help. She might not realise she's looking at you, say something like ''You know, I've noticed you've been staring at me quite a lot lately, is there something you need help with?''

it's probably the first time she's ever been out of a mollycoddled environment (home or school) so it's not obvious to her what's right and what's wrong

She might really like the way you look, or she might think she knows you, or she might be looking for help.

Just say something like, "Can I help you?" when you catch her looking.

She might not really be looking at you but just you know staring into space and you're just in the view which happens to me a lot so I get misunderstood a lot.
