Next year. The 2015 papers didn't get released until May/June.

March-August next year depending on the exam board.

The paper will be available to teachers from GCSE results day.

The most recent exam papers are always held back for the public so that schools can use them as mock exams. Until the next series of exams has been taken and results released (so that teachers can use that test as a mock) the previous exam is accessible only to teachers.

So if you took an Edexcel GCSE in June, the next exam series would be November and those results are released in Jan. So this junes Edexcel paper would be available in Jan/Feb of 2017 most likely.
