Are you doing GCSE 9-1? I did it about religion's impact on society, but others did theirs on Chernobyl, how the RCC co-operated with the Nazis, capital punishment and gun control, just to name a few. It's really whatever you can talk about. It helps to be passionate about the subject, so you can respond to questions, that should be asked by the audience. In the end, speaking means almost nothing, so don't stress too much.
