Hi, so basically I'm now 15 years old and I live in Spain. In Spain, at age 16 we finish the 'secundaria' (ESO) or also known as secondary. Then we go to Bachillerato which is 2 years (so at 18 I would finish Institute) and basically then would be uni. Now if I finish secondary at age 16 and I wanted to go to study in Scotland how would that be? Would I go to institute (Bachillerato) or where? I heard that in Scotland you finish at age 17... And of course when I finish institute I would want to go to uni. + I don't have any relatives so a place where I could stay or foster family.

You won't be able to attend university in England or Scotland with just the Secundaria. Universities list their international requirements on their website, Edinburgh for example says their minimum requirements are "Titulo de Bachiller and Prueba de Acceso with 8.5 overall and 8.5 in at least three subjects. If the PAU score is out of 14 the overall score required in 12"

You could move to Scotland and complete high school (Highers/Advanced Highers) there, but that seems like an extraordinary waste of money. Why don't you just do the bachillerato?

I will finish ESO but I might have an opportunity to go to Scotland or England to do Bachillerato but I don't know what it is in England. And after I finish Bach. I would want to go to uni. But right now mainly i'm talking about Bachillerato because I have no idea where or what is it in England...
