Hello,My name is Francisco del Rio, i am a chilean business executive and will be joining the WBS Full Time MBA next September. I am looking for accomodation to rent for me and my familly: wife and 2 children (4 years and 6 months old) from september. Hopefully somewhere in the south west end of town, near the university.

Also, one question. I have been trying to rent some properties but they all ask for viewing beforehand. How do foreign students that will arrive just before the class start get by this requisite? Is there any solution?

    Best regards,

    Francisco

You really should view before you put down a deposit. This helps you to work out what the property and agent/landlord is like and them to work out what you're like. The uni accommodation office will also be able to help you with contracts because it's easy to get cheated with this sort of thing. Come a few days earlier even if by yourself and spend some time looking around and at properties.
