I graduated a year ago from uni and wanting to go into the police, even though I am doing volunteer work with the police which will help my chosen career, Im waiting for the police to start recruiting.

Now im currently working in a call centre, its not bad as I help people etc. However it is really boring, there's no drive, motivation, or struggle with the job. It does get busy at times, and thats it.

I am looking for jobs in offending like with young people etc, but there support based roles and similar salaries, in regards to that there's no point changing. I need something better and the wait is killing me.

    Any advice ?

    What are graduates doing now....?

young offenders institutes? i guess you could look them up when you're free

me, I'm still paying the price for getting sacked, I could lose a job before it even starts because I put my previous employers on as references
(but if I didn't mention my previous employers, how do I explain what i did for a year since graduation )
