So I submitted my verification (my transcript and report card) on Portico, and I received an email back saying that the grades on it didn't match the grades that I had submitted on my application. It then asks me to submit again. I know my grades dropped since I was accepted through an unconditional offer in February, but will I be "kicked" out of UCL? The confusing part is it asks me to submit my verification again, which is the same thing that was rejected. Also I'm from Canada, so I need my CAS code to apply for a student visa. UCL said they will send the code after I complete my verification. I'm a little stuck on what to do. I have emailed them back, and I haven't heard from them yet. Anybody have any advice? Thanks!

Give them a week and if they haven't replied then email or ring them. If they made you an unconditional offer then you should be fine.
