Soessentially one suffersfrom terrible insomnia [you can probably guess as its 04.23] And I ws wondering if anyone else suffers from it and how they deal with it? I've been through the whole warm bath, turning off the lights/phones at the right time, excersise etc. equally te usual medications like antihistamines. I used to use Zolpidem/diazepam however that wasn't the best option equally night caps. So aanyone got any ideas?

I think if you've tried stuff, and doesn't work, enjoy it, eg I love running at about 2am, the streets are quiet, there's no one else around etc, then once I come back it's much easier for me to sleep.
