The Hub vs Seabraes 33-64
Hi!
I'm an incoming postgrad student this Sept - was wondering which accommodation option to choose - The Hub which is cheaper, or Seabraes 33-64.
How is The Hub in terms of safety, cleanliness, noise?
How about Seabraes? Is the extra fee worth it?

Seabraes and the Hub are both a bit noisy from what I know and have heard myself (I lived in Seabraes flat 15 last year, and the postgrad block regularly kept me awake). The Hub is cheaper though.
