Which of TWO these factors do you think are the most important when applying for a job:

    1. Good salary (one that lets you live pretty comfortably)
    2. Friendly boss/manager and colleagues, who make your job easier and less stressful
    3. Nice working environment, working hours and suitable location
    4. A job that genuinely interests you and makes you forget that it's a job at all

    Thanks

    Hours and location

Pretty much all except for the dodgy stores pay well so there's nothing to worry about.

Well in my position I have to be interested in the work overall and has to have career advancement procedures and employee development. If this has none of these then its essentially a dead-end job

Enjoying the work has got to be the biggest priority. So many people who earn a lot are still miserable. I'd rather earn less and be happier.
