I just got creeped out by a supermarket instore announcement AMA

So I decided to do some early morning shopping at my local Tesco store which is one of those 24 hour Extra stores, and I can hear music being played on a radio set up in one of the aisles. I am just browsing the store, and thinking to myself about things when suddenly I can hear a seemingly automated announcement so loud it can very clearly be heard throughout the store. "THERE IS A CALLOUT AT THE BACK GATE - PLEASE ATTEND".

I found this very creepy as when staff normally make announcements, it sounds nowhere near as loud.

    Um...sorry it happened to you?

......And the announcement was just made again - twice. :unimpressed:

How many square meters was this store?
