What do you think about studying and listening to music at the same time?

Would an average person learn less when studying and listening to classical music, rather than just studying?

Any music without lyrics is ok, but I think its better to just do without it. Focus on the work and listen later

If you have the attention span to study without, then you're better off. If you don't, without lyrics or foreign language is best, but if you have to listen to lyrics or sing along etc., then studying listening to music is better than no studying at all.

Although I'm tempted to say studying without noise is better quality, music like video game soundtracks are actually designed to make you concentrate. So whatever suits you I guess
