surprised he still wants to stay in touch Watch

    We've both finished,and are going to be in different cities in Sept.

    Previously , we did have some misunderstandings, since he didn't reply to my messages I assumed he didn't care about me as a friend. However , he eventually explained why, and the reason was pretty valid.

    Moving along... at college we weren't that close, but on the last two weeks we were.. that's when we again started following each other.

    I'm not ganna lie , but in the past he did tell me to stop messaging I'm busy, but I kinda understood that I was probs bothering him
    So when I told him I'll stop bothering you he said no I didn't mean that it's nice to talk to someone u like as a friend and stay in touch. It's just that I don't see u much. When I said if you wanna meet up do it before I leave, he said K I'll let you know

    So I generally don't understand whether he even values or cares about me as a friend.
