Would anyone know when I can apply for benefits if I have not graduated from university just yet, I am expected to graduate in December, hopefully, so does it mean I have to wait until December? Issue being that I have to submit work by on the 01/08/16 and from there my marks will be out after three weeks.

    thanks

For most benefits you have to have graduated to be eligible but speak to your local CAB as they should be able to help

It's when you're no longer in full time education.
