I'm trying to decide whether Oxford or Cambridge is better for studying a combination of Mathematics and Physics.
My IB grades from Year 12 are
    HL: Math 7, Eng A 7, Chem 6, Phys 6
    SL: French B 7, Psychology 7
Also, are my grades even good enough to qualify for either university? Do they look at predicted grades as well? I'm almost certain my chemistry and physics predicted grades would be 7.

What do you mean? Am I qualified for Oxford? Of course you are! Your predicted will be 42/42!

Physical natural sciences appeal more to you, I would say, because it covers a range of subjects in the first years and you have more options to choose. If you were to go to Oxford, you would have to decide immediately Maths or physics or a joint course such as Maths&Stats

But I like more OXford :d
