    I don't, I just have a glass of milk and some form of nutritional biomatter than is complimented by milk.

    Weetabix (or shredded wheat) with Frosties, or just Branflakes by themselves, Branflakes make the milk taste even yummier.

    It has to be chocolate weetos every morning otherwise a full English breakfast depending on how I feel. If i dont have breakfast then I'm grumpy and eat loads at lunch !

    Breakfast makes me sick, if however for any reason i have to force some down (like i'm at my friends house and want to be polite) i like shreddies.

    I never eat breakfast and I hate most cereals. I'm wasting away...
