still havent received any updates :frown:

It may be possible that I was one of the first people to receive an email. Check yours again in the next couple hours

Also it says that interview slots are available to book until the 11th of January so don't give up yet!
I just received an email saying I didn't perform well enough in online tests so i was rejected :frown: Gutted but I wish all the best to those of you who made it this far!
My application has been placed on hold - I assume I will only be interviewed if other people drop out?
They said they would start sending out emails for interview on January 9th but I guess it's come through a little earlier! Really shocked to get an interview this time around, was very prepared for failure again... Good luck everyone!!

I hope you bishes failed the tests like me
What is everyone doing to prepare for the interview? I unfortunately had to book one in Leeds as it was the only location available so will be travelling for around 4 hours each way for a 30 min interview!

I got the interview. I'm curious what is the % of applicants who get interviews?

I read somewhere that 1000 applicants get to the interview stage.

Aww I'm sorry to hear. I'm personally surprised I actually got an invite to the interview. Good luck with other applications!

What date is your interview? I also booked mine for Leeds.

In terms of preparing I'm going to ask my friends in medicine for advice and go over some practice questions

I didn't get through to interview. I'm genuinely quite surprised because I find the initial testing fairly straightforward usually. Oh well! I have assessment centres for a few other schemes, good luck to all those who got through!

Got through aswell. Will need to go to Leeds from Glasgow though xD

I've booked Leeds for the 9th Feb! want as much prep time as possible
Surprised I didn't get invited to an interview.... ive literally passed 95% of the online tests for all the graduate schemes ive applied for, =/
Pretty ridiculous to ask for people to travel in for a face-to-face interview when it's not even the last stage of the process. 90% of companies will do initial screenings over the phone. If I had to attend a face-to-face and lose a day for every time I did an initial screening then I would never be able to attend a lecture. Going to ask them to take mine over the phone.

7th  Are you going to use generic practice questions, or are there any resources online? Hard to know how to prepare when the interview is so short!

I also didnt pass and thought tests had been ok and have been successful in several other online tests!
Hi! I've got my interview for general management on the 23rd. Anyone else feel a little inexperienced for the interview? I've been working as a HCA for the past few months since graduating from university so don't really have any direct management experience to use as the examples. Any suggestions?

I'm going to go over different competencies that relate to their leadership model as well as my motivation for applying to NHS, why the scheme I chose etc. I just want to practice my answers and get opinions from friends who work for them

Me too! Feeling the same, also wondering if our examples should relate to the specialism we've chosen or just generally towards healthcare leadership?

Me too! Kind of confused at the interview format? Do we mention our specialism we've chosen? Or just tailor our answers towards the healthcare leadership model? I've no management experience, but I'm guessing that's going to be a common thread with most applicants. I think it's more to do with attitudes and behaviours.
