I've been reading the module details about the A&F course and there are a couple of quantitative components but I want to know how mathematical are they actually? Like would someone who is not very strong in maths struggle? Is there any modules involving stuff like calculus, differentiation etc? Answers from A&F students or otherwise people who know about the course would be appreciated xx thanks

My friends studied accounting and finance at Warwick and they claim that it isn't that mathematically in-depth meaning that you can basically survive with GCSE and A level knowledge of maths.

The only thing is, a lot of accounting and finance students find themselves wanting to take the econometrics module(s) from the economics department, in which case it is more important to be comfortable with mathematics.
