I don't know if I can put in everything because there is so much happening. Firstly I don't feel any emotions, excitement, happiness, nervousness, nothing. I don't want to be around anyone or speak to anyone, not even my parents. About a couple of weeks ago I started getting really angry and scared. I wake up angry and scared. My heart rate goes up and I have to breathe really hard. I can't concentrate at anything and it's very hard to sleep aswell. If I sleep I wake up sick. I've got a constant headache and I am always confused as well as I forget stuff. It's almost like I am dead inside. When I see people I hear voices telling me to go away and when I look no one is there, Now I don't know if this is serious or is it just a phase every teenager goes through. I am 17 btw.
Please I need advise if I should speak to my gp about this
