Official line: if you can't tell that it a PBU, don't do anything
If there are any giveaways that it's a PBU (particularly of the teddy type, he's been here on over 100 accounts and has disrupted FG quite a few times) then report if necessary.
Usually I don't mind but there's a certain individual who has caused quite a lot of disruption to Forum Games (and TSR in general) and I really have a zero tolerance policy with them, so that we don't get any more disruption.
