Does anyone else involuntarily shake their leg when sitting down? Especially during exams?

I was in the zone when I was doing some Maths work and didn't realise I was doing it, until I got a text message. It bothers my mum whenever she sees me do it and always try to tell me to stop.

Think it's just a nervous reflex. I've noticed quite a few lads do it in lessons too, but I thought it was something else, especially when some open their legs and do it. I wouldn't worry.
