    Hi all,

I have been given a place for either a social work masters or pgdip (I can choose what I want to do). Personally I really dont want to do a long dissertation and want to finish as soon as possible. I am self funding and will have to leave work so feel like I need to do the cheapest and shortest course possible that will qualify me to be a social worker.

My question really is does anyone think doing a PgDip will hinder me as a social worker, for example not getting jobs etc.
Does anyone have any experience or on the course heard anything in regards to this??

I'd appreciate any thoughts or comments!
    Thanks

Have a look at jobs you're interested in and work out what the entry requirements are.
