I did not have unprotected intercourse since I had a child with my ex wife. She was tested when pregnant and was clear. I did have intercourse with one female since then, I used protection for the intercourse but since she finished before me she finished with her hand, there was no protection when she used her hand. Can an STD be transmitted by a HJ at all?

It's possible, depending on where the hand has been.

If you've never been tested and have had partners before your ex-wife's pregnancy, it's also possible that you've had something for ages and just never infected her.

In any case, you're worried enough to ask: get tested.

I've yet to hear of anyone getting a venereal disease from a hand job but theres a first for everything...

As the other poster said if you're worried go get tested, theres not exactly any downside.
