Hi everyone, i just passed my telephone interview and I got invited for an interview at the store this Thursday. I'm a bit nervous since i haven't had many interviews and I would like to be prepared for some questions which could pop up. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this? And what questions should i expect to come up at the interview?

    Be prepared for questions like:

"Tell me a little about yourself"

"What do you like doing in your free time?"

"What kind of hours are you available/expecting to work for?"

"Why do you want to work for Debenhams?"

Then they might ask you things along the lines of:

"What makes good customer service?" (Make them feel welcome, like you have time for them, ect, ect...)

"What do you think customers look for when at a restaurant?" (Just say stuff like quality, variety...)

It's also a good idea to do a little bit of research into the company (nothing huge, they won't expect great detail) just in case they ask something like:

"What do you know about Debenhams?"

"What makes Debenhams different to other highstreet stores?"

Usually these kind of interviews are very informal and friendly.

As far as I can remember I got (not in order):
    Legal stuff...
Why do you want to work for Debenhams?
What do you think the role will entail?
What do you see as being great customer service?
What is essential in a team?
They said it would be a 20 minutes interview but it took me 7 minutes lol
