Heya.
I'm going to be moving into a student house in September and originally we were going to carry on having gas and electricity from the same suppliers as the previous students. However when we went down to collect the keys on Monday they told us their last bill had been significantly higher than the previous ones because the company (npower) had put up their charges.

So I was wondering if anyone had any advice on which companies to look at and if there are any we should avoid like the plague?

Any help will be muchly appreciated! Cheers
