No worries.. Visit this thread and download the Language A1 Guide. It contains some useful information to keep you on the right track. Anyways, here are some suggestions for your title (don't know your stories though ):

    - If you find to similar characters, why not compare them? How do they love, how do they react to their surroundings? Similar fate maybe?

    - Compare the themes discussed? Social Problems? Traps set by the author?

    - Tools used by the author to grab attention? Irony? Juxtaposition?

    - Voice of characters? If they're plays, then did he/she use the chorus? Lights? Compare them.

    - The language used and how it contributed to your overall understanding of the works. Was their any hidden social criticism (my favourite)?

Hope this has helped! You can as well post in my thread, and we'll sure help you out. Have a nice day everyone!!

    Hello,

I managed to search for the lives of the authors and some free essays that you can get. Here you go:

    - For The Sorrow of War, click here and here (choose the free essays on this link)

    - For Camel Xiangzi, click here and here

I didn't find that much for the third novel. I guess these links might help when it comes to general discussion or authors' lives. Anyway, if you need any further help, PM me.

    Have a nice day everyone.

These are Chinese/Vietnamese books I guess. Anyway, I never heard of them either but their themes sound interesting. Might as well read them in the future!
