I don't know why this is bothering me, but I've noticed that some people put BSc and some put BSC. Does it depend on the university?

No, university has no bearing. The only difference is the use of one capital letter in Bsc and full capital letters in the other. They are both bachelor degrees, capital letters won't change that fact.

BSc or if it's with honours, then BSc (Hons). Ignore 'BSC'.

    Same with MSc and others.
