    Hey,

I accepted a job offer from Co-op and handed in my passport for them to make the final preparations yesterday but I have now been offered a job at Nisa, a shop literally a few doors down from me. This is easily my first choice but I'm wondering if it's too late for me to back out?

Is the agreement with Co-op legally binding?

    Any help would be appreciated!

No, just tell them the truth, apologise and move on.

    Its understandable and happens alot.
