I will admit that I didn't revise as much as I should have done and I'm now starting to regret that. I want to go to sixth form but I'm scared that I've not done good enough to get in.

In my mocks, I didn't revise as much as I did for the real thing and I got a D in only 1 subject, the rest were mostly B's, 1 C, 1 A*, and 1 A.

I know that I could have done a lot better, but I keep on stressing out and when I tell my friends about how terrified I am of results day, they tell me that they're sure I've done well, even though they know I didn't revise as much.

If I don't get the grades I want, what other options do I have?

What grades are required to get into your preferred sixth form? Your grades look fine for the majority of colleges, and should also be fine for the majority of uni's if you want to go. Id wait until you get your results before worrying, as you cold have done much better than you think.
