I am a GP Receptionist myself feeling overwhelmed by the amount of abuse I have to take on a daily basis from patient's. And dealing with an Appointment system that has very limited appointment slots. I'd like to hear from other Receptionists. What are your experiences? And how you handle the emotional stress.

I am sorry you are feeling overwhelmed. I work in a GP surgery and the receptionists have such a difficult jobs. I hope you find someone to talk to about how you are feeling soon.
