The other week I slept with my best friend who now tells me that she is pregnant. We are not in a relationship or anything it should never of happened. She tells me that she wants the baby. I am worried that it is going to be strange bringing up a child. What should I do, what about becoming a couple.

Are you going to making a relationship with her. If yes, the solution is on your hand.

Did you use any protection at all? Because, seriously. Anyway, sit down and discuss it like grown ups - if you want a relationship, talk to her about it, but don't barrel into a relationship if you don't actually want to be with her.
