I have the physical symptoms of a dry mouth, dehydration, dizziness, sleep deprivation etc.

But the worst part is that I seem to feel quite low. I feel as though I am guilty and that the whole world is against me. I also feel lonely and get very anxious when I'm hungover.

What is the medical reason for this? Serotonin decrease?

When I try to get to sleep the next day, I always struggle to, but eventually do. When I wake up the next morning, usually with a lot of sleep, I feel so much better, like back to normal.

Does anyone else feel like this?

alcohol is a depressant so yes, it's normal to feel depressed after drinking - drinking lowers the levels of serotonin in your brain

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
