:dumbells: Be able to do 50 push ups with only one rest at 25

:dumbells: Get rid of excess fat

:dumbells: Be and feel happy and healthy

    :dumbells: Love myself more

:dumbells: Increase weight of dead lifts (currently 10 kg/ 22 lbs)

    Nutrition

:eating: Cut down on my fructose intake

:eating: Stop eating because im bored.

:eating: Drink minimum of 2 liters / 3.5 pints of water

Right, time to put this plan into action!

When you say deadlift 10kg, which of the following do you mean?

You have a 10kg bar. [this is usually called 10kg]
You mean the bar (20kg) plus 5kg each side. [this is usually called 30kg]
You mean the bar (20kg) plus 10kg each side. [this is usually called 40kg]

I think the bar is like 2.5 kg and i put 5kg weightson either end. So TECHNICALLY its 12.5 kg...
