Deadlifts, squats and bench press. Opinions? Watch

    I am lazy enough not to do others but this combo seems to work for some decent gain in muscles, especially deadlifts. But I think this is what powerlifters focus on. Opinions? My goal is to get stronger and look good and be healthy.

    1st day:
    Bench press: 20kg*5*3
    Deadlift: 30kg*5*1 + 50*5*2
    Squat: 40*5

    4scoops of protein

    squat: 30*5 + 40*5 + 40*5
    deadlft: 30*5

    As you can see my numbers are down. Maybe because I don't eat enough

    Just read through/follow that proven routine man and track your calories to make sure you're in a surplus if you want to gain weight. Also read the FAQ.
