    I'm missing my mums loads and today after seeing her I had to say her goodbye because she lives far away I was so sad after and I cried in the train and my chest was hurting not because physically but emotionally, how can you be strong ? How can you make yourself not feel these emotions ??? Please someone advices me.

    It just sounds like you're incredibly close to your mum,its okay to miss her a bit but it sounds like you miss her an awful lot. Do you have anybody that you're particularly close to where you live?
