Ok well I see most people's parents drop them off for their university first day. I'm travelling over 4 hours via coach on my own as my parents are refusing to drop me off. I'm buying all kitchen essentials and bedding online so it'll get delivered there, is it possible to move anything else in one suitcase?

Maybe, you could try and squeeze everything into one suitcase if all the big stuff is getting delivered. You will only need clothes, laptop and a few other things. Remember, on most coaches you can take a suitcase to be stored under the coach and then a small bag to take into the coach with you. So make sure you do that and fill that small bag as much as you can too.
You should be able to pull it off, and maybe if you end up having to leave some things behind, leave things which you can survive without for a few months, and then you can always go back and get them when you go home for Christmas etc.

Try a delivery service like DPD .... They collect from your home and then send on. Just make sure everything is boxed up securely. Start collecting boxes from supermarkets. Good luck
