    Isn't that one of those things you plug from a speaker into a guitar? I used to have those on a pair of headphones

    Looks like a headphone adapter jack. I use one of them to plug in my headphones to my piano because the headphones' own jack is too small.

    It's a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter - they're for cross-compatibility between devices which use different jacks. For example, my keyboard uses a 6.35mm port for audio output and so to use my 3.5mm headphones, I use my adapter.
